Unlike what is often believed, not only the houses can be bought using the loan. The land (plots) can also be purchased using the loan.
If you are going to build within a short time (up to 1 or 2 years), the best solution would be to do the project for the house and submit it for approval by the City Council. Once approved, you will be able to take out a loan for self-construction that has all the advantages of a normal House Credit. The loan amount will include the purchase of the land.

Of course this requires that the seller is willing to wait for the completion of this process and do not mind that the project be tabled at the City Council still in his name. With our plots, you will have no problem because we accept it in any case.

If you want to buy the a plot for investment or to construction in the future, then the solution is personal loans. Rates are slightly higher and shorter but we also have good proposals to make it, in this field. The maximum credit is now € 30 000 and payment can be made in 10 years.
